SHIPPING POLICY

At Adept Cleaning Solutions, we strive to ensure that your order reaches you in a timely and efficient manner.

Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.

1. Order Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

 

2. Shipping

  • Orders are delivered by Adept Cleaning Solutions if you are in our area FOC.

 

  • Shipping charges may apply for smaller orders. We offer shipping through Fastway @ €8.50 plus vat per parcel Nationwide.

 

  • For larger orders: We offer shipping via pallets Nationwide.

 

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

 

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes

 

3. Delays and Issues:

  • While we strive for prompt delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, holidays, or carrier issues.

 

 

4. Damaged or Lost Packages:

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Adept Cleaning Solutions, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Machines

  • Non-stock items bought in especially for a customer, are not eligible for return.

3. Return Process:

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact us by Email adeptcleaningsolutions@gmail.com or by phone (042) 9384517 to request a return authorisation.

  2. Pack Your Item: Securely package the product in its original packaging. Include your name, address, phone number and Email address.

  3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service like Fastway

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:
